Our Policies We have implemented the following policies to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations: Anti-Slavery Policy: Our anti-slavery policy sets out our stance on modern slavery and explains how employees can identify any instances of this and where they can go for help. Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage all our employees, customers, and other business partners to report any concerns related to our direct activities or the supply chains of any goods and services. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking. We strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour.

Our Supply Chains Brent works with a range of suppliers, both domestically and internationally. We are committed to ensuring that our suppliers uphold the same values against modern slavery and human trafficking. We conduct due diligence on all suppliers to ensure compliance with legal standards and our own company policies.

Risk Assessment and Management We conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks of modern slavery within our supply chains. This includes: Evaluating the geographical locations of our suppliers to identify high-risk areas. Monitoring labour practices of suppliers in high-risk areas. Conducting supplier audits and assessments.

Steps to take if modern slavery is suspected. Our company's policies and procedures regarding modern slavery.

Reporting and Monitoring We have established mechanisms for monitoring and reporting any suspected cases of modern slavery. Employees and suppliers are encouraged to report any concerns through our whistleblowing channels, which are monitored regularly.

Continuous Improvement Brent is committed to continuous improvement in our approach to combating modern slavery and human trafficking. We regularly review and update our policies, training programs, and risk management processes to ensure they remain effective and up-to-date.
