Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period - no pro-rata charges, no awkward conversations.
What's the difference between Free, Ace and Primo?
Free gets you in the directory with up to 5 products or services in total (rent and buy combined) and lets you edit your listing FAQs. Ace adds unlimited products, full enquiry management with statuses and CSV export, booking requests, the reviews panel and replies, and AI description generation. Primo adds everything in Ace plus the Primo badge and first placement among relevant results in a customer's search area.
How does Primo placement work?
Primo businesses appear first among relevant results within the customer's selected search area. If a business is outside the selected radius, it will not appear. Category and keyword relevance still apply.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Sign up free with just your email and company details. You only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade.
How quickly will I start getting enquiries?
